The Woodland Residences by Amis is a new project by developer Amis Properties in collaboration with luxury supercar brand Lamborghini. A limited collection of 30 five-bedroom villas, with an area of 7,335 sq. ft, is available for purchase. The residences are scheduled for occupancy in the second quarter of 2026.

The three-storey villas feature a family living room, open and closed kitchens, a private pool, an elevator, and two-sided terraces, offering picturesque views of the Burj Khalifa skyline.
