In a joint venture with Arista Developments, the renowned luxury brand will develop 241 branded residential units on the man-made island, including apartments, duplexes, villas, and penthouses.
The development aims to set a new benchmark for upscale living by combining Tonino Lamborghini’s distinctive Italian design aesthetic with modern architecture, smart home integration, and sustainable construction practices.
“From the exterior facade to the thoughtfully designed interior common areas, every detail showcases the brand’s distinctive elegance and sophistication,” said Arista Developments Chairman, Arthur Chu.
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to upscale amenities such as a fitness centre, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, a business centre, and conference room.
