Dubai-based Segrex Development announced the launch of Stonehenge Residence, a residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
Describing it as an ‘affordable luxury’ project, the company said Stonehenge will offer its residents the best of both worlds – affordability and comfort, combined with top-notch amenities, modern design, and quality construction comparable to upscale buildings in Business Bay and Downtown Dubai.
The complex of two buildings will have an infinity swimming pool on the rooftop, providing the panoramic views of Dubai Marina and the Burj Khalifa.
“With this project Dubai will feel like home to everyone, starting from aspiring professionals to young families to expats who are new to the UAE,” the company said in a statement.

The company said Stonehenge Residence will offer a wide range of apartments – from 447 sq ft to 2500 sq ft – with two design options: one, the White Box with a fully equipped kitchen, while the second one includes high quality turnkey decoration and furniture.
The prices will start from AED 515,000 for studios, AED 751,000 for one-bedroom apartments to AED 2,270,900 for penthouses.
Residents will have access to a fully equipped personal gym, private English-style garden with yoga and relaxation areas and spacious lounge zones that are suitable for work and meetings.
