Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager specializing in Off-Plan properties, you will lead and drive sales initiatives for pre-construction projects. The role is ideal for someone with an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, specifically in off-plan sales. You will work closely with property developers, stakeholders, and your sales team to ensure effective sales strategies that meet company targets. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the off-plan property investment process, from initial interest to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies specifically targeted toward off-plan properties in Dubai.
  • Lead the off-plan sales team by setting targets, training new hires, and monitoring team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, ensuring our agency is a priority channel for off-plan launches.
  • Conduct presentations and client meetings to showcase off-plan property offerings, addressing client questions and investment concerns.
  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, including contract negotiations, client follow-ups, and ensuring successful closing of sales.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management, providing insights and strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in Dubai, focusing on emerging off-plan opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in off-plan property sales within Dubai’s real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s property laws, investment trends, and off-plan market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
