Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, property management, and market analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating property performance, ensuring strategic growth, and driving profitability. This role requires a keen eye for market trends, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and investors, detailing portfolio performance and growth projections.
• Collaborate with the finance and property management teams to ensure efficient property operations and maintenance.
• Develop strategies to maximize portfolio value and return on investment (ROI).
• Ensure that all properties in the portfolio are compliant with local regulations and financial standards.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and investors to optimize portfolio value.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a portfolio manager or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate investments, market trends, and financial analysis.
• Ability to assess risk and make strategic decisions to drive portfolio growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPM) is a plus.
