Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert to identify, attract, and nurture potential clients for our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to generate quality leads for our sales team, leveraging digital channels, databases, and research to expand our client base. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads for real estate properties.
• Research and identify new potential client segments, using various platforms, databases, and tools.
• Utilize digital marketing techniques (e.g., PPC, social media, email campaigns) to reach target audiences.
• Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and regular engagement, ensuring leads are ready for the sales team.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies for optimization.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and monitor lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lead generation specialist, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing, and CRM software.
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
